What the form asks for
- Name in Chinese and English
- Graduation year and programme (e.g. MACNM 2009, BATVB 2020)
- Current employer and position
- Email and phone
- WeChat ID (if you would like to join an alumni group)
- Region (so we can suggest the nearest group and events)
- Whether you would like to be a mentor, give a sharing session or be interviewed
