Management Team
The Association is run by its Management Team, supported by regional teams, with WeChat alumni groups serving as the main channel for day-to-day contact and announcements. Members each take charge of a portfolio — administration and finance, development, operations and organisational development, communications and public relations, general management, compliance and oversight, and secretarial affairs.
Founded in 2022, the Association operates on the principles of OPEN, FREE, INCLUSIVE and EQUAL.

WeChat Groups and How to Join
The Association runs five regional alumni groups covering nearby regions: Greater Bay Area, Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and West China.
Joining principle: free and non-interfering. Alumni may join the group nearest to where they work or live, and may join more than one. The Association posts announcements across all groups.
