Mentor Programme
The COMAA GBA Mentor Programme was officially launched on 13 June 2026 at the 2nd Greater Bay Area Alumni Gala Dinner. It is the Association's first long-term initiative centred on the transfer of experience.
The programme invites experienced alumni from a range of industries to serve as mentors. Drawing on their industry expertise and networks, mentors provide one-on-one guidance, career counselling and experience sharing for young alumni entering the workforce — building a supportive community where senior alumni guide the next generation.
Who is it for?
Become a mentor
Alumni with solid experience in journalism and communication, public relations, marketing, digital media, technology, corporate management, education or public affairs, who are willing to give their time to support the next generation.
Seek guidance
Recent graduates and young alumni exploring career directions, considering a change of track, or hoping to deepen their expertise in a particular industry.
How it works
- One-on-one matching is the primary format, supplemented by group sessions as needed;
- A matching typically runs for one year, with regular meetings or online exchanges;
- The Association organizes mentor gatherings and thematic talks to support both parties;
- The programme starts in the Greater Bay Area and will gradually extend to other regional liaison groups.
