Connecting alumni. Sharing experience. Growing together.
Established in 2022, the Department of Media and Communication Alumni Association (CITYUCOMAA) connects alumni in Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area and beyond, with the vision of serving alumni well-being and promoting alumni advancement.
Message from the President
Dear alumni and friends,
Since its establishment in 2022, the Department of Media and Communication Alumni Association has upheld the vision of "serving alumni well-being and promoting alumni advancement", reconnecting alumni across generations and across cities through a variety of thematic events.
While we cherish the friendships built over the years, we also continuously welcome new faces. Alumni from different generations bring unique experiences and strengths, supporting and advancing alongside one another — that is what makes this community so valuable. Going forward, we will continue to diversify our activities and expand our global network, strengthening connections among alumni, and between alumni and the Department.
Whether you are based in Hong Kong, in the Greater Bay Area, or further afield, I warmly invite you to join us and write the next chapter of the COM alumni story together.
Vivian Lau
President (MACNM 2014)
